As you already know, our company delivers great customer experiences through 4 delivery centers. Three of them are located in Romania, including Bucharest, Galati and Sibiu.

In this newsletter edition we put the spotlights on Skopje, the fourth one, at this moment the only premises outside Romania.

euroanswer call centerDuring the years Skopje has grown to offer its excellent services in 18 languages, for 13 projects, with 85 seats and around 100 employees, who take care that the success story keeps on running.

“I am a graduate philologist with postgraduate studies in business administration. I joined the Euroanswer team in 2006 and since then I benefited a lot from the different projects we implemented and the constant expansion of our company. At present, I’m working as a Site manager of the Euroanswer facility in Skopje, Macedonia, and as a Manager of the Facility department which tracks, assesses and optimizes the facilities’ utilization of all 4 delivery centers. I am happy to work at Euroanswer and enjoy working with the most qualified agents, team members and other managers whose career paths are both stimulating and motivating.” – Sanja Mrsik

Most of the projects focus on customer care and customer support, with few occasional projects that include certain commercial and promotional elements.

In March 2016, we celebrated moving to a new location, providing to our team a modern and highly functional space. The venue enriches the great working atmosphere, which is dynamic, fun, challenging, sometimes tiring but definitely never boring.

A team that provides excellence, adjusting to fast-paced changes and people with unique set of language knowledge, customer oriented attitude and friendly kind personalities is what Euroanswer Skopje is well-known for.
