This year, Euroanswer’s company recognition portfolio extended with another award – Best Large Support Center, at the 9th edition of Romanian Contact Center Awards.
The Gala took place on 6th of April 2017, at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, on the second day of Customer Care Conference & Expo, a business event that for over 14 years gathers field players, local and international experts and has become the most important of its kind in Eastern Europe.
Their dedication, the investment in employees’ development and the performances of the entire Euroanswer team determined the company evolution from 2016’ Best Medium Support Center to this year’s award, raising awareness for the company contribution in the expansion of the customer care Romanian industry.
Members of the jury, industry specialists and practitioners from Romania and Austria, evaluated and appreciated the friendly environment, empowerment culture and their focus on people across all delivery centers.
