Euroanswer won the Best Medium Support Center at the Romanian Contact Center AwardsLucian Neagoe / No Comments
At the 8th edition of the Romanian Contact Center Awards, Euroanswer was awarded Best Medium Support Center in the Business Process Outsourcing category. The event took place on 18th March at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.
„For Best Medium Support Center, in the Business Process Outsourcing category, the jury evaluates the extent to which each candidate can prove a high standard of professionalism, while ensuring quality services to customers, a positive working environment for employees and also profitability. The fact that Euroanswer was awarded Best Medium Support Center in the Business Process Outsourcing category is a great joy for us. It is the recognition of our efforts within the 12 years of activity.” said Lucian Neagoe, Deputy General Manager, Euroanswer.
Best Medium Support Center is dedicated to those centers that have between 50 and 250 agents. Five of the most successful companies in the field signed up at this year’s competition.
Some of the evaluation criteria taken into consideration when designating the winners were: the process used for measuring the performance, the process used to assure the flexibility of the agents’ schedule, the process through which the employees’ opinion is collected and evaluated, the activities that sustain the motivation and the professional development of the employees (agents, teams, support center), the recruiting process, the technology used (e.g.: IVR, SBR, CRM, ACD, WFM).
This prize is even more valuable as it is the only competition in Romania dedicated to contact centers. Romanian Contact Center Awards 2016 benefited from a multidimensional and multicultural judging committee, bringing together 4 countries: Romania, Germany, Belgium and Canada. The event was organized by Conference Arena, member of Marketing Insiders Group, and it brings into the spotlight the highest peak of the contact center industry: both agents and managers, along with the best companies in the field. The Romanian contact center industry serves thousands of customers worldwide. It is already a mature market and it is internationally recognized for its professionalism.
